Great family owned little place, they're so helpful and serviceminded. The owner and his girls speak English.
The porch has a great relaxed vibe, and the pizza's are very good.

Great place to relax. Big enough swimming pool. Clean room and shower room. Quite comfortable bed too. Pizza is awesome 😎

Pizza was actually pretty good. We ordered four different types and they were all good. Nice staff and location too! We did not stay the accommodation - only went for pizza!

Wonderful day at the project. One of the very best of our three months' travelling. The guides were really friendly and informative, the scenery was stunning, and, it goes without saying, the elephants were fantastic! So inspiring and uplifting to see them rescued from lives of hardship and suffering, living out their days as they should be lived. Don't miss it, seriously.

One of the reasons for coming to Cambodia was to personally experience meeting elephants in their natural environment. I was not disappointed. Mondolkiri project is doing so much to liberate these beautiful creatures from a life of captivity and hard labour. Our guide on the day was most welcoming and explained in detail what the project aims to continue doing with bringing more elephants to the sanctuary to live out their lives in peace and free to roam and enjoy their natural environment. We were then introduced to each current resident, quite a humbling experience in the presence of such gentle giants. There was a wonderful opportunity to swim with a couple of them by a very pretty waterfall which was such an amazing experience not to be missed. Highly recommend visiting this sanctuary if in Cambodia. Money from tourists being invested into a happy future for elephants and not for entertainment purposes.  Will take home good memories.

I came to Cambodia to see Angkor Wat and found Mondulkiri Project Elephant Sanctuary. I immediately made my way there and enjoyed a wonderful experience in nature and meeting the elephants who were now living a life as they were born to live. After years of cruel and painful servitude in the logging industry - being forced to destroy their own habitat Mondulkiri has provided them with a retirement to live as they wish in (what is left of) their natural jungle home.
It was such a pleasure to be in their company.....walking with them and swimming with them ..... without the need to ride them or have them do what we want them to.
They are such a gift to the world. Let's respect them and their home.
