WORTH IT. Still in awe as to how beautiful this place was. Great short hike around the lake too!

Alpine lake with water so clear and iridescent that it leaves you completely breathless when you arrive from Passo Costalunga and the valley opens up, leaving room for this true pearl of the Dolomites! Between the azure, the blue, the green, the sea water, it is truly a feast for the eyes and for the soul, the lake reflects the sky and the Dolomites that frame it, creating wonderful plays of light enjoy both from the road and from the very easy (and also rather short) path that surrounds it! The only flaw is the parking, which is scarce and is paid, but in any case it is truly worth a lot and a stop must be made by force!

Being in Moena in the mountains in the Dolomites, we wanted to spend some time at Lago di Carreza! The lake with emerald reflections in which the peaks of the Dolomites are mirrored and which you will fall in love with on the spot! Nature was generous with this place where you could come with a mountain bike enjoying an unforgettable tour of the lake. Very close to the arranged parking the road takes you to another dream place Ponte Sospeso Lago di Carreza, where the spectacle of nature is perfect. Weekend destination and why not, vacation!

Custodito da fitti boschi d’abeti, alle pendici del massiccio del Latemar che si specchia nelle sue acque cristalline. Se guardate attentamente, vedrete spuntare la statua della ninfa Ondina.
E' uno dei laghi più belli delle Dolomiti ma secondo noi...

Guarded by dense fir woods, on the slopes of the Latemar massif which is reflected in its crystalline waters. If you look carefully, you will see the statue of the nymph Ondina appear.
It is one of the most beautiful lakes in the Dolomites but in our opinion...
