This has to be the most interesting experience ever. Hotel room was beautifully put together, bed super comfortable and the hotel amenities smell so good. Breakfast was delicious with a decent spread. Not only was the hardware good, the service was even better. Have to commend Arjun for being so friendly and helpful, he engaged conversations and drove the buggy to the nearest point to the metro when I was checking out. A job well done to enhance guest experience. Definitely want to come back.

This hotel is perfect! My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and we’ve had such a pleasantly great stay. The overall design & ambiance of the hotel are what amazed us the most as it’s traditional & vintage Arabic look was very breathtaking and makes you feel like you’re in a movie.

The rooms were very spacious and well kept. Although, I think the rooms would benefit with better lighting as I found it a little bit too dim even when all the lights were on at night, keeping in mind that this was all intentional in the hotel’s theming/design. But installing more lights in the rooms would help cater more to those looking to work from home.

The service was absolutely top notch. The front desk team and the golf cart drivers were very friendly and welcoming. They also made the lovely effort to surprise me by decorating my room for my birthday with petals and a delicious brownie which made it feel extra special.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as the creek, market & shops are just right at your doorstep. We also got the chance to visit the neighbouring Hilton Canopy Hotel’s amazing rooftop pool which was a 5 minutes golf cart ride.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back in the future!

The hotel is perfectly located for lovely surroundings and having some coffee shops, restaurants and market style shops on your doorstep. The service was outstanding and the hotel staff always made me feel cared for and at home. It’s an easy 15 minute taxi ride to most of the places you would want to visit in Dubai. The 24 hour room service was much appreciated when I was out shopping late at the mall. The food was also a good standard and the room was just gorgeous. It had a fantastic atmosphere. My only gripes would be that it can be a bit noisy due to the market below, but that didn’t bother me personally. Additionally, the TV only had satellite channels, most hotels offer Netflix at least these days. It was a nice surprise to hear we could use the pool and gym at the nearby Canopy hotel, to which the hotel will transport you via golf cart, but it was a bit of added hassle so I didn’t make it in the end. Generally, I would highly recommend it as a unique and charming stay in Dubai and very much unlike other hotels in the city.

I had the most incredible time with Balloon Flights! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made sure everything was organized perfectly. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

A special shout-out to our pilot/driver, who was not only skilled but also made the flight so much fun with their friendly demeanor and informative commentary. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and I felt completely at ease the entire time.

We recently had our first hot air balloon ride, and it was unforgettable! From pick-up to drop-off, the company was incredibly organized.  They provided a thorough safety briefing that made us feel comfortable from the start. Once we took off, we felt completely safe and could simply enjoy the breathtaking views and the peacefulness of floating high above. The entire experience was exhilarating, and we would definitely do this again! Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to try a hot air balloon ride in Dubai.

I have done plenty of experiences worldwide, but THIS is one of the most amazing encounters I've ever had. Like something out of a movie, an underwater world to explore. There is an optional extra for a movie clip which is a fabulous souvenir to keep. Special events also available for those that want to take the plunge and propose to a loved one. Family & Friends can watch from plenty of windows all around. Loved every moment and next time will go even deeper!

The pool and diving are unique experiences, definitely worth visiting. One of the most exciting of my 180+ dives. The building is beautiful and new, resembles a space ship inside. Pool is huge. Facility is very modern and organized, and employees are great. You can also have a nice food in the cafe/restaurant. There were no other divers besides our family because of Ramadan. They provide all your gear, towels and bathrobes

My diving was amazing. The instructor (Bik) was great. I’m already a certified freediver and I didn’t have any issues with anything. The equipment (fins, suit, snorkel, goggles) was really nice too. I was given correctly sized suit and fins for myself.

The staff went above and beyond for us! I brought my little brother who doesn’t speak English very well and they were able to find an instructor (Sergei) that spoke the same language as him and he had the best time.

I recently visited Dubai Old village (Alseef Heritage) in Dubai, and it was a rich and enjoyable cultural experience!
Located in the Hamriya area, AlSeef is one of the distinctive places that combines history and modernity in the heart of Dubai.
From the moment I entered, I felt like I was transported back in time, as Alseef Heritage reflects the authenticity of the Emirati heritage through its traditional designs and carefully restored old buildings. The atmosphere here is amazing, with warm colors and narrow passages that remind me of traditional markets.
I loved wandering around the heritage market, where visitors can buy traditional Emirati handicrafts such as carpets, jewelry, and handmade products. There are also many shops that sell unique souvenirs.
The restaurants in the Sword serve delicious Emirati cuisine, and you can enjoy eating in a wonderful heritage atmosphere.
I loved sitting in one of the cafes overlooking Dubai Creek, and enjoying the beautiful views of the water and the city skyline.
If you are a history and culture lover, or you want to explore old Dubai, away from the atmosphere of the modern city, the Sword is the perfect place, don't forget there is Magic Town for photography, it will be fun to document your moments with them 💕

The experience was amazing 🤩 breathtaking.. and the staff were incredible.. but the service after purchasing the tickets is what I dislike.. I didn’t receive the exact location with clear information about how to get there and no direct phone number to call while I was lost there.. the location was far from the actual entrance.. also for the money I paid I expected to have free photos and videos at least one photo free of my choice and the rest for reasonable price.. but they were more expensive than the experience itself..

Wow. Breathtaking. One of the best experiences ever. Exhilarating view from the the top. Beautifully architecture. Slide was amazing and sky walk on the glass was the top class. Highly recommended. The staff was very decent.

It's an incredible experience that every adrenaline junkie visiting Dubai should try. Taking the first step on the glass might seem daunting, but after that, it's a breeze.

The Slide and Edge Walk are experiences that are unique and exciting in their own right, and I would definitely recommend them.

A truly beautiful restaurant by Chef Izu. A reservation is required, and the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, along with its own private beach.

We booked for dinner and arrived on time, with parking readily available. The reception was excellent, and every dish we ordered was delicious. The appetizers were good, the salad was flavorful, and the main course— a perfectly cooked fish— was exceptional. Dessert was equally delightful.

The service was outstanding, and while the prices are on the higher side, the overall experience makes it worth it. I highly recommend visiting!

I had drinks at Maison de la Plage and it was a great experience! The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for a date night by the beach. Music was not too lound even its Ramadan, had possibility to have conversation. The cocktails were refreshing, and the view is amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive.

We came to eat dessert and smoke shisha. One person seated us near the pool. We started our order and another waiter came to ask if the reception took our details. Then another person came to say that we have to sit somewhere else because they are fully booked, when the restaurant was half empty. So we had to stand up and move to another table. Until we left, nobody was seated on that table. The shisha was the worst shisha we ever had, it was like smoking the exhaust from a car. Everything was very dirty. Nobody came to clean the table and I had to do it myself. No tissue or napkin was provided, we had to take from another table. The staff was not properly educated and trained. Very bad management.

I loved my experience here, thanks mostly to my wonderful driver and guide Karim! This is a very cultural, learning-oriented tour, where you get to immerse yourself in Bedouin culture, hearing from those who are either Bedouin themselves or have direct Bedouin heritage. I took the morning tour, which included a 30-minute camel ride, a falcon show (plus photos with the falcon on your hand!), a saluki dog, plus an incredible breakfast! I definitely plan to take Platinum Heritage’s other tours the next time I visit Dubai!
(also, to those concerned, they have EXCELLENT clean Western-style, flushing toilets)

We chose the camel tour and it was amazing.  Looking at the price, we weren’t sure if we wanted to spend that much money, but didn’t regret one bit spending around 700 AED for the trip. Firstly we were picked up by a driver along with other passengers and brought back to the same pick-up spot in the evening. The vehicle had AC. We were given a headscarf and a water bottle and rode camels for about 40-50 minutes in the desert. The feeling and landscape are indescribable. Afterwards we had tea and had a falcon show. Then went to the camp by car where we enjoyed a delicious dinner. The quality seemed fresh and we definitely didn’t leave hungry. There was also a henna station and coffee station, along with dancing etc. There were bathrooms on site. There is the possibility to purchase pictures that were made professionally (10 for around 100AED). A video can he purchased separately. Apparently if you book it in advance, you get the video for free - so book it in advance if you have the possibility!
All in all, very kind guides. It seemed authentic, especially when comparing it to other tours I saw online. It was the highlight of our trip to Dubai. Would definitely do it again.

I had high expectations for XLine Dubai Marina, but unfortunately, I wasn’t entirely impressed. The zip line itself was thrilling, and the views of the marina were amazing. However, the service didn’t meet my expectations. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful when it came to answering questions or assisting with the process.

The experience could have been much more enjoyable if the personnel had been more attentive and welcoming. It’s unfortunate, as the location and activity have great potential.

One of the staff members appeared quite sick, possibly with the flu, and was in close contact with people without wearing a mask, which made me uncomfortable.

Additionally, the personnel at the counter were not helpful or welcoming, and I felt the entire process lacked proper customer service. Considering the high price for such an activity, I expected a more professional and pleasant experience.

For the cost, I believe there's room for significant improvement in both the service and health safety protocols.

I’m not sure if I’d return, but if you're considering it, just be aware of the service aspect!

A great experience in the heart of Dubai Marina. Friendly and professional staff at all stages of the day, on time schedule and well organised. You will check in at Dubai Marina Mall, where their office is located on the 2nd floor parking opposite Waitrose. From here you are taken by mini bus to the launch site which is just a 5-10 minute drive. Once you reach the top you have time to admire the view and take some pictures before being suited up and you’re ready to go in less than 10 minutes. The ride itself is comfortable, completely safe and gives you stunning views of the marina as you pass over the water back to Dubai Marina Mall. All photos and videos are included in the price and were available in less than 48 hours after the experience. The price is slightly higher than the Zipline at Ras Al Khaimar, however it was a great experience and I would recommend. If you return for a second go, they offer a big discount for you.

Very Thrilling & Super exciting experience, A must have thing in Dubai, to be honest it is scary while preparing for it on terrace of that heighted building, but once it started, fears turned to my one of the most thrilling as well exciting experience of my life!
