I add a star for the breakfast served at Mashia. The room itself is OK, we actually got upgraded to the superior room and found wine and chocolate in the room which was very nice. The main drawback was the which had shower this annoying behavior where once every few minutes the water pressure would go down and the water would cool for about 10 seconds before going back to normal. That can really ruin a good hot shower.

Location is pretty great by the beach and restaurants. I'd especially recommend the Imperial cocktail bar nearby.

Our experience with the Mendeli street hotel was just perfect! The crew was soooo nice and helpful always smiling and kind! The room is great and modern (we came with a baby and there was still plenty of space). we received treats from the moment we arrived until check out (fruit plate, chocolate, beach blanket and the surprises kept coming).  The breakfast is of course AMAZING being in Mashia restaurant. Definitely best vacation ever. Thank you!! We will come again soon!!

Mendeli Street Hotel

Nahalat Binyamin St 1, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel

Not the level we were expecting with a few thing clearly below standard. Most important - some rooms (including ours) are facing Allenby St. One of the busiest streets in Tel Aviv. I’d verify you don’t get a room on that side because it’s so loud in the morning and the windows are not sound proof enough to keep the noise out. We asked to switch rooms if possible but the front desk said it’s too late.
A few other things - the toilet water was running non stop, and was dirty as you can see. The cocktail shaker in the room was rusty, why would you put it there :(
There are so many options in this area, we will check them out next time we are around.

Great location, great service and great experience.
The hotel is in a great location just on the beginning of the Carmel Market. Super close to many attractions, and of course to the beach. The hotel looks good and brand new from the inside. The room we took was very spacious, although you should know that some rooms, probably the basic ones are quite small, but not too surprising from a boutique hotel.
There is a pool on the roof, which isn’t so large yet just enough to relax and enjoy the water. On the top floor there are also spa area and a hot tub. There is only one hot tub in the hotel.
The price was a little high but was worth the experience and the ability to stay in the heart of the city. Breakfast is at your choice, wether to eat at the hotel’s bar(which has a small variety of options) or to use a voucher and go eat at a nearby restaurant. We chose the latter, and it was great.
I would recommend staying at the hotel, you’ll enjoy for sure

BEST SPOT TO HAVE BREAKFAST ON ROTHSCHILD! The fact this place serves breakfast 24/7 is already a huge win but in addition to that their food is super yummy! Definitely my favorite breakfast spot on Rothschild!

Good and quick service, place looks incredible.
They also have an option for picnic baskets, I will definitely try that next time

Great food, and open super late! The pancakes, French fries, and hamburger are all amazing, and the service is great too. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a late night snack! Would certainly recommend this place to others, and it’s location on rothchild boulevard is great as well!

I really liked the look and atmosphere of the place, and the location is just great.
The food is really tasty and the service really nice.
That is a place I will come back to!
Note: there are very few vegan options but they are very tasty.

Nothing really special there. Just fancy atmosphere but food is pretty average. We came for brunch, and it was okay. Service was okay, but they forgot one dish we ordered. Guess it is a cute place for drinks but not for a good meal.

Four of us were enjoying a lovely  Saturday morning brunch. We enjoyed the quests on the coffee the sandwich the pancake. all of the dishes were beautifully served. The service was friendly and professional

Dallal Restaurant

A treasure of Jaffa port area.. Especially for tourists!
From amazing landmark restaurants, to groceries.. to handicrafts & souvenirs.. One can find it all here, and probably at the best possible prices in Israel!
The souvenir and jewellery shop owners are especially warm to customers. Will definitely go back here, many times!

Jaffa flea market is one of the most recommended places that you have to visit when your in israel.
It’s not the market itself, it’s all of the surrounding-there are many of bars and restaurants with a true Israeli vibe going on.
Amazing food in most of the restaurants in the area and truly good vibes!

If you happen to come here on a Friday afternoon it's one big outdoor party, fantastic! Otherwise always a great option for a meal or drink any other time. The combination of history, architecture, shopping, dining and the sea makes this area a must visit. Walking distance from south Tel Aviv or a quick scooter ride.

Jaffa Flea Market

What should I say? Firstly, the environment was serene and ambient with dinner in dim pleasant lighting. In addition, the food was just wow! That was definitely a 10/10 for me. Moreover, the service was top notch and the waiting time was really not a thing. I am glad I had such an amazing experience at Mashya. You should definitely try it out.

I have to say that the menu is really strange. You cannot just know what is starters and what is a main dish. Just try to realize that by seeing the prices. Service was really good and the dishes themselves were really really delicious. So happy that we've got places to sit there. In one sentence: excellent fancy place with a bit strange menu. By the way, seeing the kitchen working is just fabulous! All the guys there are so professional! It was really good experience there!

Wow. Wow. Wow. We had an absolutely perfect dinner. The food was amazing - each and every dish we ordered was spot on, creative, original and over-the-top delicious.
We sat on the bar and the service was really top-notch (thank you Barak - you are awesome!)
We left feeling this was one of the best meals we've ever had (in Israel and globally). Kudos to Mashya!

Stylish, modern and old. Very spacious, not many people, so it made viewing the exhibits very pleasant. The special exhibition of "people I have seen but never met" is innovative, original and gives plenty of opportunity for examination and introspection. Helpful and well informed museum staff, always ready to share opinions with you makes for interesting conversation

You certainly get the European vibe. The showrooms are spacious and the new wing's design is breathtaking. I wish it could be less crowded, so we would establish a deeper connection with the artwork, that are exhibited. The parking arrangment is less than perfect.
