An entertaining gaming arcade which has multiple floors of various arcade style games (crane machines, arcade shooters and fighters, racing games etc). Definitely check it out in Tokyo (there are multiple GiGO buildings in Tokyo so lots to visit if you want an entertaining break from sightseeing :)

Huge variety of toys/plushie available at all the clam machines.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they even provide tips and greatly improve the experience.

Good variety of crane games. There are machines inside for you to exchange coins

GiGO Akihabara 1

Awesome area to go in Tokyo. Great views of the city and the palace. So many cool things to walk around and see in this area. A great place to go for a walk or run to get away from the city hustle and bustle for a bit. Parking available in many locations but you will have to walk a bit since this area is so big. I recommend making a day trip out of it and walk around the entire area it is very cool.

Imperial Palace is another major tourist spot in Tokyo, Japan. Imperial Palace is pretty huge to wander around and need to walk a lot to see the places around palace.
Good to carry water bottle and snacks in hand for quick sip and bite. Pretty amazing historical place and neatly maintained by the officials and peoples as well.

I visited here in summer. It opens only morning time and limited only 70 visitors per round. All visitors need to walking tour as group. There are available for 5 language guide such as Japanese, English, French, Chinese and Korean (Not sure). Japanese guide is always available, but other language subjected to available guide in that day. I did't make a reservation before visiting, but lucky me there was an English tour. The tour started at 10am, but I recommend to arrive before at least 15 minutes. Open to queue from 9am. The walking tour takes almost 1 hour. Visitors are not allowed to walk tour by themselves. There are toilets and vending machine only at waiting area. Better to be ready before tour.

Palazzo imperiale di Tokyo

4 Uenokoen, Taito City, Tokyo 110-0007, Japan

One of the biggest park in Tokyo to visit. Very close to Museums and the zoo with panda, this is a great place for picnic during the cherry blossom season (also at night!).
You can see shrines and a nice pond as well. I like visiting also Ameyokocho, the casual street shopping area just a new walk away from this park.

good place to chill and people watch or duck watch. zoo and lake were closed on dec 29 but there are many other things to look at. some of the trees were still in autumn colours

Ueno Park is too big of a complex that it would be crazy to rank it any less even if I haven’t seen all of it yet.XD There are many places to visit, from museums to shrines, to a zoo and of course park grounds. Famous as a spot for sakura in spring, but great for a visit anytime of the year as well, to omoimasu. Of course the museum exhibits have galleries that are regularly changed so there will be something new every time. I would say even a whole day is not enough to see everything that is found within the park grounds.XD
