Stayed for one night and had no issues at all. Upon arrival, Bruno was very friendly and welcoming and made it clear that not query was too much. The room was perfectly fine too, for a good priced Hostel the bed was comfy and there was a good working shower and sink. Location is perfect for Camden as it close to a tube station, Koko and many Cafes. I often visit London for a night out and can't always go back home same night due to trains so I book Hostels - I know I will always check for space here first now. Really good bar downstairs too!

Middle of the road hostel that’s more for drinking and partying than chill social interactions.

Props to the staff and Muhammad especially, who was nothing but helpful.

The problems lie in the room. The location is excellent, but the bunks are short and noisy. You can hear noises filtering in well into 2 AM, and the lockers beneath your bed are loud and hard to use.

The biggest problem is the shower, which left me NO space to move around at all. Might as well as strapped you down. The rooms are nothing to write to home about, and the social areas are rarely used during my stay.

So if you come: go for the location, the drinks and partying. Stay away if you’re looking for a social and reasonably quiet environment.

It wasn’t the first time I’ve stayed here, it was nice as usual. Comfortable bunk beds, hot shower and a little kitchen corner in the lounge room with microwave and fridge, snacks and soft drinks vending machine. I couldn’t stay up until late at night because I had to wake up early in the morning after, so I didn’t go to the bar this time. The crew is friendly and can help you if you need. If you prefer eat something different than bar offers there are many hard discount shops, F n’C, restaurants, etc. around the hostel, very close to bus stop and Tube stations.

St Christopher's Inn Camden

Five stars for vibe, atmosphere and decor, I mean there is a TV in your booth for goodness sakes, I love it. This bar is just amazing if you are into sports bars it’s just an amazing place to chill. It has multiple seating areas that give you a different feel depending where you sit. If you want a simple bar vibe then you can have that. If you want a semi private booth feel with a TV in your booth so you can watch with friends and eat and drink then you can have that too. If you want comedy nights or live music you can have that too all on one floor.

The bar is well stocked with all the drinks you would expect. They serve food of which I’m yet to sample so no food review from me I’m afraid. But what I love about this place is the decor, even in the ceiling you have drums that are lit, guitars on the walls and you just get the feel that you are out for the night. What’s unique about this place is the hostel above, I can’t say I’ve tried it but it seems popular and I can image if you get too drunk you can book a room for the night ??

This bar is not far from CoCo’s and the nearest tube is Mornington Crescent I think that northern line. But it’s not far from Camden Town either. There are plenty of food places surrounding this place so you really can have a good night out. For me the staff are really nice and friendly and will make sure you are looked after if there is a problem with the food or drinks.

Great food and service. The manager Bruno was very attentive and helpful to our big group needs.Even though we havent booked table Bruno managed to get us one ( As it gets busy as the night unfold i think it is best to book table). We were cattered for all our needs. If you visit Camden I highly recommend Belushi's  Camden for a quick stop or a night out. A friend of mine who was here visiting from Ireland with his sister cannot wait to come back again. In fact he is planing to come back here for his birthday. That is down to the positive impression left by Bruno and his amazing staff. Thanks guys.

It was one of the few sports pub showing the coppa Italia final. We had a "personal" TV and our table. Nothing wrong with the night, however, the possibility to order from the table (like a qr-code) would be appreciated since you don't want to leave the table missing the game!

Fantastic place. Absolutely huge.

Great place to work as there's a lounge area and cafe inside Brewdog.

Food is brilliant too with loads of craft beer options and burgers. There's a plant-based options too.

I would definitely come back here again. Great to come with mates, on your own or even as a work social due.

Had a few afternoon drinks here with a friend. The staff were amazing and seemed to appear every time we needed a drink, food or to pay our bill. The venue itself is massive but doesn’t feel vast. It’s really well designed. It’s popular with the after work crowd so don’t expect a table after 5 even on a Thursday night.
Atmosphere was good and I will definitely be coming back. Food was quick and lovely. Drinks were great and a big selection

Our new work local with good beers as well as other alcoholic and non alcoholic options. The place is huge with lots of seating, bowling, a slide, meeting rooms etc. John (from guest experience) was good fun and really looked after us - he gave us a complimentary bowling game and ice cream which was really appreciated for our first time there. We will definitely be back!

BrewDog Waterloo - Birreria artigianale

I loved it.
It was quite great to see this famous palace.
It became much more beautiful as the sun set and the palace lights started lighting up the palace and it's surroundings.
It was not as crowded as other parts of London today.
Definitely worth visiting.

Buckingham Palace is truly one of the most popular tourist destinations in London, and obviously for a very good reason. It's the official residence of the British monarchy (the queen), and it's absolutely massive and beautify built. I was really impressed with how well-kept everything was and how organized everything is. The gardens are so beautiful, and there's so much history inside and outside the palace. The Changing of the Guard ceremony was so beautiful and thousands of people were outside watching the ceremony. I would definitely recommend a visit if you're in London, it's a must see.

I have been to here just to enjoy the changing of guards in different views, it is amazing!
And I have visit the State Rooms, Royal Mews and the Queen’s gallery. There are so much collections that you could enjoy.
A very unique experience, would love to bring my wife here again.
P.S.  if you want to see the changing of guards with a better view, you could either choose under the Queen Victoria statue or beside the gate of the Palace. The guards will enter the gate from both sides, and leave  the Palace using the middle gate. Good luck! Enjoy!

Buckingham Palace

Well worth a walk through. It feels like you are in another country. We had a really good buffet lunch. Ensure you have cash, the business's are predominantly cash only, there are cash machines I noticed so not hard to get. I preferred to use cash so no hardship for me.

I loved Chinatown. Very unique area if London.

Many excellent restaurants to choose from for an enjoyable gastronomic experience.

The atmosphere is hectic but yet lovely.

It's always enjoyable to walk through Chinatown!

It was fun to find it. Tried to find the restaurant I had seen a YouTube food personality had eaten at, but couldn't.  Still it was enjoyable to walk around and see how vibrant the community is.

"PLEASE DO NOT USE" is not very welcoming when you are trying to charge your iPhone while having a cuppa. Talking about the fancy cup and saucer, they have a fancy looking set but you can't hold the cup properly with your fingers in it. Not a good start to the day, is it?

I love this little Costa in Camden Town its warm and cozy the staff are super helpful and cheerful and I'm loving the rewards. I would highly recommend the ginger bread late and any of the toasties, which the lovely ladies will warm up for you.  I'm also loving the rewards we get if you have the app and winning is almost guaranteed. Love it!!  Thank you Costa

This branch is my local. awful service from girl with brown and red hair. no manners no smile; not asked whether i wanted cream on my hot chocolate then when i got to pick it up i asked and was shouted at in front of a whole que ‘ITS 50P’ extremely rude acting like i can’t afford 50P also considering the hot chocolate was bland and so hot it burnt my tongue and in a TA cup when i sat down. i won’t be coming again. go to the costa by the overground where they are much more polite.

Costa Coffee

Lovely touristy place for tourists and also for the locals. Being a Londoner it was my first ever visit and absolutely loved it. Vendors were selling different sorts of items likes jewelry, decorative stuff, clothing, shoes and food. Food stalls were on the other side of the road with a variety of cuisine all around world. Best part was few of them were selling halal and vegetarian. It was a hot day and it was crowded but we loved the walk all around, enjoyed with slush. Remember half part is closed on Sunday, so better avoid Sundays.

A wonderful London experience. Great food, check. Great antiques, check. Great produce, check. Great ambience, check. Honestly what's not to love. There is so much to see and do, you could spend the whole day here, and leave happy... Even if you don't buy anything. We went on a Saturday, it was crowded but not too much. Recommend Portobello 10x over Borough market!

This is one of the most important places that one should not miss when visiting London , it is such an interesting colorful market that has lots to see , nice and very interesting, so entertaining , and so great to walk through and see what all the traders are offering, not to forget that it also has the Distillery pub which had been shown in one of  James Bond s movies .
The place is so crowded yet it is so good to look at all the interesting items of some antique pieces, for those who are collecting stamps or cards or antique items , it’s a must visit place .
What a great experience.

Mercato di Portobello Road

Great hearty food which hits the spot!

Ordered several dishes and each was great and seasoned perfectly. The fried pork was a little dry but everything was on point.

It's a little tight in spacing and lack of modern interior but the food makes up for it.

Cash only and the prices are slightly higher then on the menu photo on Google review.

As a Taiwanese, their food doesn't really taste like home to me at all. Quite disappointing.

Feels like the owner was someone who had been to Taiwan and trying to recreate the food. The dishes look authentic but fail to taste so.

The only authentic item is the soya milk which they make themselves so that explains 😂

If you've never been to Taiwan and fancy some "exotic" experience then I'd say go for it, but if you're looking for authentic taste this is not the place to go.

Today - 26/2/2022 - Saturday. I went to this restaurant to have oyster omelette on my own. Having good intentions of taking some photos to show it to my friends to recommend them to this restaurant and to post on here as well for helping others as well. I was was shocked & shaken by this very bad customer service experience. I never had in my life. I am 65 years old  I was taking the photographs of the food that has been served out. With placing the menu with the restaurant's name on, this girl came over to me in a very rude manner, not once, but every few seconds to harassing me of taking the photo. I explained to her that by my taking the food photo is for recommendation as she can Google search me of all the food reviews I had made over the past years. She refused to listen. And continue to be very abrupt, rude. I  demand to speak to the restaurant owner. She refused & said boss in not in. Her attitude was so intimidating until I qanted to call the police. I left with no choice. I had to take a photo of her for my own security purpose.  Sorry to say. I need to post her photo on here. In hope, the owner should looks into this matter on her attitude and her customer service before she ruins the whole business. I don't recommend this restaurant anyone and definitely not going on your own. Who knows. One day, this crazy girl would beat up a customer. Or spit saliva on customer's food. Beware. Completely no trust at ALL. I guess, I am not the only one who has given bad reviews to this restaurant. Many has been experiencing bad customer service etc. 👎👎👎👎👎

Old Tree Daiwan Bee - Taiwan food

Amazing little gem in a very popular area of Camden. It was Sunday and it was not too busy. There were six of us and a dog. Because of the dog, we were not allowed upstairs but downstairs was just fine.
Good selection of drinks, wonderful menu options including many vegan choices and most importantly, affordable prices. London has become so expensive and you hardly find a decent place with decent food for decent prices.
But their greatest feature is surely their lovely team!!! Lovely, friendly and polite young guys. I’m sure I’ll come back to the Camden Eye and I’ll keep recommending it.

I love this pub! The music is awesome - they have a dj that’s great! The bartenders and bouncers are super nice! The place is great overall - great beers on tap! I highly recommend going here!

The Camden Eye

Huuuuuuuge pub. Music super loud. Good beers and large selection with local beers.
A bit cold also inside.
The staff was fast and knew what they had to do. Everything is well done. Perfect for a stop.
They also do pizza, unusual for a pub. I have not tried them so can not say

One of my favourite pubs in London. I took a mate last night for his first visit. Really cool Rock/Metal pub. The pizza is excellent and decent choice of beers.
The barman with the pink hair provided great service but the female member of staff did ignore me standing at the bar and had an unfriendly attitude.
There was a run of awful death metal music but the Guy kindly put on some classic Rock for us 👍
They also have a great selection of cool t shirts for £17

Not a bad pub depending on what you are looking for. Bare, industrial, cold look to it but some great music and decent pizzas. If you are looking for a nice cozy pint round the fire, then forget it. Diverse mix of Camden visitors and locals, good selection of beers although they are quite expensive. All round, it's worth a visit. Open at midday every day.

The World's End

Firstly, although the staff were great at sorting me out when I didn't have a paper ticket and just one on my phone, it is not good that paper tickets are needed (and they printed mine out). In today's age and ecological crisis, paper should not be needed. They need to sort that.

There is no wheelchair access that I could see. Lots of stairs both up and down so be aware! There's also not a huge amount to see in the towers themselves. Considering this is not a free attraction, I would expect more.

Having said that, DO go to the engine rooms. That was excellent and informative. Well worth the trip.

Overall, just about worth it for the price. Don't make it your big trip of the day though. It's fun but short.

The Tower Bridge. Now while there’s no cost to cross the bridge I would highly recommend purchasing tickets to go across up top. It’s well worth the steps. If you need to take a lift one is available but seeing the staircases, and all the factual, historical information they give you on the way up makes it all the more worth it.

We bought tickets for 13.30 and arrived a bit early,  and the staff didn’t mind us getting in the queue. It was a bit long but moved very quickly, again you could take the lift or the stairs we chose the stairs (we were told there’s somewhere around 260 of them). As you walk up the stairs there are posts and placards that tell you all sorts of facts regarding the material that went into the bridge and other fascinating details. The wood creaking stairs only adds to the experience. Once at the top there’s a spot to rest even before going to the upper bridges.

You may think the entire upper bridge is “glass bottom” it isn’t, but each side does have a small section where if not to crowded you can even lie down and take a photo. You’ll walk all the way across one, down the other and turn around where then you can decide you next move.

Once down the stairs they send you off to the Engine Room which is also included and the gift shop. This alone has been such a worth while part of our visit, I would highly recommend it.

The beautiful tower bridge. (Tourists often confuse this to be the London bridge.)
Well this is a bridge too, and check out the pictures to see how amazing it looks when a big ship passes and the bridge is open. This is one of a kind bridge. To know more about its construction do visit inside the tower bridge. It’s amazing to see vehicles crossing under you.
Great tourist spot , walk the bridge to see it in detail. It’s a must do in London!

Very good location for a quick lunch/dinner whenever you are around. The service was very friendly and the had a great selection of high quality food and drinks. They also offer freshly made juices, which were fantastic. I think the location is not for some intimate dinner or lunches, but rather if you are around and want some quick food. To order and to pay was very simple and smooth as you could pay through a QR-code process. Overall great place with great food!

This review is a hard one cause the food was delicious. Great portion size and some amazing flavour.
The experience was kind of soured though by a waitress who seemed to be offended with us ordering food. We almost felt like we needed to apologize for our existence.

Other staff though were great!

Good food and good service.  The firecracker chicken was a hit.  Good choices for kids too.  Service was good.  Manager was very courteous was late to come to our table to check on allergies and gave us some tea and juice drinks on the house.
