January: When coming via Ingurtosu, pay attention to height restrictions for large cars. Officially there isn't one, with 3.50m we only just managed to pass the gate. Then the asphalted road, which at some point turns into a kilometer-long hobble track (you just need time to slowly get on with it). At the end the reward: as far as the eye can see, desert-like dune landscape on one side, the sea on the other. Plenty of space for adventure, hiking, meditating, cycling. Some parking spaces available. Lots of trash cans.
Locals and anglers come in the evenings and on the WE.
One can via the SP4 to the adjacent place/beach/market Portu Maga.
The SP4 is an unpaved official road that goes through 2 fords. No problem for cars at low water. Thanks to improvised footbridges, pedestrians also come across dry; cycles through or pushes the bike balancing over the footbridge.
On the right edge there are some ruins with red colored mud. A sign warns of harmful mud.
