AVOID! I just left Six Senses and was very disappointed with my stay. When we first arrived to our room (one bedroom cliff villa) - we thought it was very nice. We quickly realized that was not true. Mini bar/fridge was empty (I have never seen this before at a 5 star hotel). When I asked the manager they said it is only filled upon request (strange). No milk or creamer provided, again had to ask for it to be brought to the room. Went to make a coffee, ants crawling all over the coffee pods.

Went to use the bathroom and immediately noticed a strong smell of sewage. Then we started looking closer at the room and realized how poorly maintained it is - literally falling apart. The room has been severely damaged by water and there was evidence of mold all over the room. Went to take a shower - the State of the shower is very run down and disgusting, and no hot water! I dreaded having to take a shower in there. On our last day, the shower stopped draining properly and water got everywhere in the bathroom. Truly awful.

The hotel is extremely run down and needs to be rectified immediately. I would never stay here again and would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a 2 star hotel with a 5 star view.

The only positives of this place were the view, the friendly and kind staff and the fitness centre was well equipped.

All in all, I would recommend that everyone avoid this hotel at all costs. Way too expensive - not just for Bali standards but international standards as well.

Pool and view are amazing! We stayed in the cliff pool villa, which was so beautiful and spacious. The service and food definitely needs to be improved given the price.
Overall a nice experience, but unlikely to return unless it becomes an ‘Adults Only’ resort.

We only used the pool area which has amazing views and fantastic music playing. I cannot review the hotel as we didn't stay there. The waiters left plates, coconuts and glasses unattended as people left and it's more of a self service vibe. They didn't ask what we wanted to drink or eat for example.

We had a good day swimming. You can use the loungers. No cover charge. In general we felt like the place needed a little tlc.

Otherwise a good day out 😊

Absolutely breathtaking property. Stayed for 1 night. They upgraded our room by 2 levels so we got a beautiful view of the horizon by our own pool. The only downside as others have pointed out was the food!! We got dinner at their main restaurant and it was the worst meal we had during our stay in Bali. I wonder if the steak restaurant would have been better. The flavors were just unusual and the sauces were way too sweet for us. Maybe it is simply our palates but none of the other food we had in Bali was off-putting. I think one of their rules is no outside food, which is a bummer but understandable. Breakfast was nothing special but they can deliver to your room. We decided to eat outside to enjoy the view. Despite the poor food, I'll give 5 stars since the property is that beautiful. The staff are nice and seem genuine. One thing to be aware of is, it is very dark at night, can hardly see when walking. But I was told they purposely don't put that many lights in order to stay closer to nature, which I appreciate.

Awesome views and fantastic waves.  The walk down to the beach could be a struggle on a hot day for some, but if your able to manage it, is worth the captivating rock caves leading out to a magnificent ocean view.  There a couple of cafes up on the cliff which you can access from the cave and watch the surf. It is definitely a must if you're in Uluwatu.

Simply passionate.
It's impossible to come to Bali and not go down the stairs at Uluwatu.
At low tide you can explore a lot to the left and at high tide there is a beach to the right. Watch out for the changing tides and the monkeys that appear at the end of the day and take what you can.
