The cleaning staff & luggage helper were amazing. However, I didn’t like the room, the standard room felt so dark & gloomy, the bathroom shower was broken, The receptionist asks for feedback but doesn’t really wanna hear it, the first feedback I gave to the receptionist was that the bathroom shower needed maintenance it was spilling water from the sides, without even saying sorry about that or any sort of sentiment she looked away on her desk & completed my checkout & said “did you call them to have it fixed?” well one doesn’t go to a hotel to do plumbing inspection & wait for maintenance activities on first day, that defies the whole purpose of going into a hotel, receptionist staff needs more training on hospitality & quality assurance & how to listen to a feedback instead of making something like a broken shower (from day 1) the guest’s fault. I hope they get it fixed before the second guest come to use the room.

Went here for the National Day dinner buffet. Good hospitality & service, but should have some concern over hygiene, considering their 5-star rating. Unfortunately I found hair on my samosa right at the start of my meal which spoilt the overall dining experience as it got me wary & constantly checking my food out. Radisson Blue branches have left me with good impressions in the past, but this one ought to catch up with the rest & make amends with their guests

The location is very nearby the airport. The housekeeping staff were helpful and very attentive.
The villa is not nearly up to it’s price, the villa’s are quite old and used. Maintenance on the villas are bad (the filters in the pools and the over top fan weren’t working properly).
The tables were scratched upon our arrival and we reported how unsatisfied we were to the reception as soon as we entered the villa.

Upon our check out they were blaming us for the scratches on the tables even though is was obvious that everything was already old and used, they refused to give us our deposit back claiming we were the ones who scratched the tables.
I have never been to a hotel were i was falsely accused like that it was very upsetting because we were all adults with no children. Furthermore when we asked to speak to the manager we waited for over 40+ minutes until he arrived and by that time we were late for our flight at the airport.

Even though we have stayed at radisson blue several times over the years in various countries and we have always enjoyed our stay with no complaints, but regarding this branch the management was very poor.

They gave us the deposit back in the end but i will never return to this branch in riyadh.

Definitely worth a visit. Artworks that caught my eyes. The art gallery is a collection of Saudi and international creative artworks. There were different types of art (such as painting, video, Contemporary and visual art), take you into diverse art communities, you can find the artwork description and background of the artist on the side of the art. The art guides were very informative and professional. They have cafe & restaurant with great indoor and outdoor seating.  Also they have an amazing workshop, cinema, and chef's table. I had the pleasure of attending the Neom, The Line Exhibition and I was blown away! The exhibit was so well put together and really gave me a feel for the proposed city. I loved the way they incorporated technology into the exhibit and I thought the whole experience was very well done. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they make sure that you have a great experience. I would highly recommend this exhibit to anyone interested in learning more about the proposed city of Neom.

Was impressed, great collection of visual art with a lot of interactive pieces in a mix of unconventional media. The guides were surprisingly really knowledgeable about the art pieces. Saw a live dance performance from an Italian crew. Glad I went. If you’re into art, it’s a must see.
